“The WBC found that: (1) there was no conclusive evidence that Mr. Benn engaged in intentional or knowing ingestion of Clomiphene”.
I mean, apart from the 2 positive tests he had 🤣🤣.
So it seems that FAILING 2 tests is no longer ‘proof’ of doping.

Last week the police caught me drink driving. Also got done last month.
I failed 2 roadside ‘Breathalyser Tests’.
Happy to say the police and courts have let me off as they couldn’t prove how I’d consumed the alcohol!!
