I started writing on ILB literally two days after turning in Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, and was astonished by the parallels between the Spartan and Jedi origin stories.

thinking of that bit in YODA: DARK RENDEZVOUS where Yoda's like, "fine, sell me on the dark side" so Dooku gives him The Pitch, and for a second it looks like it's working and then Dooku is like. WAIT. FUCK. SITH YODA. WHAT A BAD IDEA, FOR ME SPECIFICALLY.
