It looks like Platinum Games has been given a second shot at the TMNT franchise. Let’s see how it turns out, being that the Bayonetta team is developing the game.
Pragmata is one of the first games in a long while that have held my attention causing me want to get every easer egg and upgrade. This is why we need companies like Capcom around, keeping games as isolated loops where you can find upgrades to better yourself without paying extra
Best games of the PS Showcase:
1) Control: Resonant
2) Wolverine
3) No Rest For The Wicked
3) Marvel Tokon
5) God of War: Laufey
My only issue is Control launching near Wolverine. I love control and aim to platinum it soon.
To be honest, unless there was something in Ragnarok I missed, I don’t know how necessary this game is. I could be wrong though. lol I can’t turn down a God of War game though. I really need to get back on track with God of War and play Ragnarok.
Sony has let me down on the first party end most of this gen. Here’s hoping they close out the gen with some dignity. I will say that Insomniac Games has been the savior of Sony while Naughty Dog has stepped off the gas for quite some time. Hopefully they regain the crown.
One thing that endears to Pragmata - despite all of the peril you endure - is once you return to home base the music is soft and atmospheric. It basically brings your mode to an emotional yet familiar baseline where you can collect your thoughts and enjoy quality time with Diana.
