1/7 #IMTS February 2026: Jamaica’s merchandise trade activity declined for the first two months of 2026, with expenditure on imports falling by 8.1 per cent and total export earnings falling by 28.8 per cent when compared with the corresponding period in 2025.
6/7 The leading destinations for Jamaica’s exports were the USA, the Russian Federation, Trinidad and Tobago, the Netherlands and Canada. Export earnings from these markets totalled US$164.2 million, reflecting a 19.1 per cent decline when compared with January to February 2025

1/6 #ProducerPriceIndex for April 2026: The Producer Price Index for the Mining & Quarrying industry for April 2026 increased by 0.6%, while there was a 2.6 % increase in the index for the Manufacturing industry.
