وزیر تعلیم سندھ سید سردار علی شاہ کی اسکاؤٹس ہیڈکوارٹر آڈیٹوریم منعقدہ تقریب میں شرکت تقریب اساتذہ کے عالمی دن کے سلسلے میں “بیسٹ ٹیچنگ پریکٹس کمپٹیشن 2025” منعقد کی گئی۔ سید سردار علی شاہ نے “بیسٹ ٹیچنگ پریکٹس کمپٹیشن 2025” تقسیم ایوارڈ تقریب میں بحیثیت مہمان خصوصی کی۔ سندھ ٹیچرز ایجوکیشن ڈولپمینٹ اتھارٹی کی جانب سے منعقد کی گئی۔ اس موقع پر سیکریٹری اسکول ایجوکیشن زاہد علی عباسی، اسپیشل سیکریٹری سید جنید شاہ، چیف پروگرام مینجر آر ایس یو ڈاکٹر جنید سموں، ایگزیکیوٹر ڈائریکٹر اسٹیڈا رسول بخش شاہ کے علاوہ سماجی شخصیت شہزاد راۓ، اسٹیڈا بورڈ میمبران، تعلیمی افسران، اساتذہ اور طلبہ و طالبات کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔ اس موقع پر اپنے خطاب میں وزیر تعلیم سید سردار علی شاہ نے اساتذہ کو زبردست خراج تحسین پیش کیا۔ استاد کا وقار تب تبدیل ہوگا جب معاشرتی سطح پر اس کی اہمیت کو تسلیم کیا جاۓ گا۔ سید سردار علی شاہ اساتذہ کی تقریب کو کچھ دنوں کے لیے مؤخر کیا کیوں کہ اساتذہ اپنے حقوق کے لیے سڑکوں پر تھے۔ سید سردار علی شاہ آج کی تقریب ان اساتذہ سے منسوب کے جنہوں نے اس تربیت کی صورت میں معاشرے کو بہترین انسان دیے ہیں۔ وزیر تعلیم سندھ جس دن بچہ کچھ سیکھے وہ دن استاد کا ہے۔ وزیر تعلیم سندھ جن معاشروں کے اساتذہ کو عزت دی وہی معاشرے آگے بڑھ سکیں ہیں۔ سید سردار علی شاہ علامہ اقبال کو جب “سر” کا خطاب دیا جا رہا تھا تو اس نے یہ شرط رکھی کہ اس کے استاد کو “شمس العلماء” کا خطاب پہلے دیا جاۓ۔ سید سردار علی شاہ علامہ اقبال ایک روایت کی بنیاد رکھنا چاہتے تھے جس سے انہوں نے سیکھا ہے اس کو پہلے وقار بخشا جاۓ۔ سید سردار علی شاہ عظیم لوگوں نے کبھی بھی اپنے استاد کی محنت کو فراموش نہیں کیا۔ سید سردار علی شاہ ایک استاد ہی بچے کے اندر چھپی صلاحیتوں کو پہچانتا ہے اور اُسے خواب دیکھنا سکھاتا ہے۔ سید سردار علی شاہ سندھ میں استاد کے پیشہ کو باوقار بنانے کے لیے لائسنس پالیسی کا نفاذ کیا گیا۔ سید سردار علی شاہ معیاری تعلیم کی بنیاد بہترین تدریسی طریقوں پر ہے — وزیرِ تعلیم سندھ بیسٹ ٹیچنگ پریکٹسز وہ پل ہیں جو علم کو سمجھ میں بدل دیتے ہیں — سید سردار علی شاہ وقت کا تقاضا ہے کہ استاد روایتی تدریس سے آگے بڑھ کر جدید طریقے اپنائیں فعال، تخلیقی اور تحقیق پر مبنی تدریس ہی تعلیم کا اصل حسن ہے — وزیرِ تعلیم سندھ طلبہ کو سکھانے کے ساتھ سوچنا، سوال کرنا اور تخلیق کرنا بھی سکھانا ضروری ہے ہر استاد کو سیکھنے کا عمل جاری رکھنا چاہیے تاکہ وہ آنے والی نسل کا رہنما بن سکے حکومتِ سندھ تدریسی معیار بلند کرنے کے لیے جدید تربیتی پروگرامز پر کام کر رہی ہے — سید سردار علی شاہ تعلیم کا مستقبل انہی اساتذہ کے ہاتھ میں ہے جو خود کو بہتر بنانے کا جذبہ رکھتے ہیں۔ سید سردار علی شاہ اس موقع پر بیسٹ ٹیچنگ پریکٹس کمپٹیشن 2025 کے سلسلے میں ایوارڈز بھی دیے گئے۔

An Award Distribution Ceremony for the “Leadership and Education Management” Training Program was held on 4th October 2025 at the Sargodhian Institute of Professional Development (SIPD), Tando Allahyar. In this training program, a total of 290 newly recruited Head Masters and Head Mistresses (BPS-17) successfully completed the training, conducted in 8 batches, aimed at strengthening leadership, management, and instructional skills to improve school governance and learning outcomes across Sindh. Sayed Rasool Bux Shah, Executive Director, Sindh Teacher Education Development Authority (STEDA), graced the ceremony as Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the pivotal role of school heads as transformational leaders, noting that effective leadership is essential for enhancing teaching quality, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring holistic student development. He encouraged participants to utilize the knowledge and skills gained through this program to bring meaningful and sustainable improvements. He also commended SIPD for its professional excellence, strong commitment, and outstanding organization in conducting this impactful training program. He further reaffirmed the continued support and collaboration with SIPD for future professional development initiatives. STEDA highly appreciates SIPD for providing an excellent training environment, quality accommodation, and all necessary facilities, which greatly contributed to the overall success of the program. Special appreciation is extended to Sayed Junaid Ali Shah, Special Secretary, School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, for his visionary leadership and consistent support, which have been instrumental in promoting professional growth and capacity-building initiatives for educational leaders across the province. 1st October 2025; A significant step towards collaborative education reform in Sindh. A delegation of the Directorate of the Sindh Education Policy Commission (SEPC), led by Dr. Aftab Ahmed Shaikh, Director SEPC, visited the STEDA Office for a meeting with Sayed Rasool Bux Shah, Executive Director, STEDA.
