An Award Distribution Ceremony for the “Leadership and Education Management” Training Program was held on 4th October 2025 at the Sargodhian Institute of Professional Development (SIPD), Tando Allahyar. In this training program, a total of 290 newly recruited Head Masters and Head Mistresses (BPS-17) successfully completed the training, conducted in 8 batches, aimed at strengthening leadership, management, and instructional skills to improve school governance and learning outcomes across Sindh.
Sayed Rasool Bux Shah, Executive Director, Sindh Teacher Education Development Authority (STEDA), graced the ceremony as Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the pivotal role of school heads as transformational leaders, noting that effective leadership is essential for enhancing teaching quality, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring holistic student development. He encouraged participants to utilize the knowledge and skills gained through this program to bring meaningful and sustainable improvements.
He also commended SIPD for its professional excellence, strong commitment, and outstanding organization in conducting this impactful training program. He further reaffirmed the continued support and collaboration with SIPD for future professional development initiatives. STEDA highly appreciates SIPD for providing an excellent training environment, quality accommodation, and all necessary facilities, which greatly contributed to the overall success of the program.
