Malo! We are having a great time in Tonga learning about the needs in hospitals and clinics alongside UC Biomed Club, reconnecting with Tonga High School with a new STEM kit for water quality testing, and of course seeing the sights!

We were so privileged to work with the incredibly bright, kind, and motivated students at Tonga Highschool along with @OJCollege on an optical heart rate monitor project. We also learned so much from the staff at Vaiola Hospital about the medical devices in action! @DoddWalls

Our @OJCollege group had the most beautiful welcome from our Polynesian whanau in Tonga...such an honour to visit the amazing Tonga High School to co-design a low cost heart-rate monitor from recycled plastics!
