Barcelona Girls Cup update: It’s been an action packed day with the 2014 squad sadly losing a penalty shootout in the semi final, before winning their last match to finish in 3rd place. 🏆 The 2013 squad lost their first match today from a last minute goal, but beat a French team to finish the tournament with a win, and a 7th place finish. It’s been great seeing the players deal with these tournament scenarios and we know the players will have taken plenty of learnings from this experience. 🇪🇸🏆⚽️👍 #ProudToBeSwindon

The 2013 squad finished the day with 2 narrow 1-0 loses in very competitive matches and a strong win, which means they will compete in tomorrow’s B Cup. The 2014 squad had 3 comprehensive wins to finish top of their group and go into tomorrow’s A Cup.
