From 2007-2011, the Rams went through their worst skid in history, 15-65. They never made the playoffs past 2004, but St. Louis always had their backs. The Dome seats 66,000 & they averaged 60,200 in attendance in the 2 decades the Rams played in St. Louis. (Continued)

Age yourself by naming an NFL wide receiver you grew up watching. I'll start, Steve Smith.

From the LA Times in 2003: “When you can finally hear yourself think in the Edward Jones Dome, it’s usually too late. The Bengals learned that the hard way Sunday with a loss to the St. Louis Rams in what one deflated lineman called the loudest stadium in the league by far.”

“It was a crazy atmosphere,” Anderson said. “We couldn’t hear in the huddle. We couldn’t hear on the sidelines. We couldn’t hear at the line of scrimmage. “It’s impossible to block two guys just burning up the field when you can’t hear.”

“Their crowd deserves a significant portion of this success… I’ve never been an arena that had the kind of crowd noise that they had today. It’s a tribute to their fans. It was very, very difficult” —Marty Schottenheimer

No Tush Push needed here. How about Marc Bulger with a Monday Night Football QB sneak rushing touchdown? Michaels and Madden with the call as the Sea parts for #10. (2003)

Sterling Sharpe was a really good football player. Tory Holt was better. 325 more receptions, 5200 more yards and 9 more touchdowns. It must have been winning.No. Tory has a ring.Sharpe doesn’t.It makes you sick and sad at the same time.

This play was the last ever #STLRams passing touchdown at the Dome. Case Keenum to Kenny Britt, for 60 yards. They would get two more touchdowns this game, but they would be via rush. Count me in for another vote that St. Louis deserves to be an NFL City, @FDSportsbook.
Name a city that should have an NFL team ✍️ I'll start: St. Louis
