Happy Birthday to legendary hoops star Tina Hutchinson!
Tina was Parade Magazine's national player of the year at East St. Louis Lincoln in 1983 and set an NCAA freshman scoring record in 1984, averaging 29.9 points per game for San Diego State University.

Remembering decorated photographer Bill Greenblatt who would have turned 72 today.
Bill was inducted into the St. Louis Sports Hall of Fame in 2017 and served as our organizationβs photographer for 15 years.
Bill passed away in 2024 at the age of 70.

The IBCA would like to extend our condolences to Dave Shannahan's family. Dave an IBCA HOF Coach & a founding member of the IBCA is now in GOD'S HOF. He coached at Johnston City, Sparta, O'Fallon, Belleville West & Waterloo High Schools. Dave also coached at Belleville Area Coll.

#OTD 1975 - Chris Carpenter was born in Exeter, NH.
Carp was 95-44 with the Cardinals and won the 2005 Cy Young Award.
He finished 3rd in the Cy Young vote in 2006, a year he helped lead the team to a World Series Championship.
