This month's leadership book club read is 'The Making of a Manager' by @joulee Julie Zhuo. It's a great read, especially for managers who have to lead a small team for the first time. Get reading and come along. Last Friday of each month, 2.30-3.30 online!

In Book Club today we discussed 'Dare to Lead' by @BreneBrown a great point was about assumptions we make about colleague's behaviors. Instead of saying "THEY ARE DOING THIS BECAUSE" we should say "THE STORY I'M TELLING MYSELF RIGHT NOW IS..." to stop us from assuming the worst
