👍 Coastguard's footbridge in Dawlish has reopened to the public. 🚶Walkers can now cross the bridge to reach Dawlish Warren along the sea wall. 🦺 The section of sea wall between Coastguards and Colonnade breakwaters remains closed while we continue our work there.

Calling all railway zealots in the urban regeneration community (surely that’s ALL of you)......
Today's @NRHAwd results have seen a lot of action on our feed, which has pushed us up to 8,957 followers. Can you help us reach 9,000 for Xmas by RT-ing and asking for new followers? Or even could we get to 10,000 before I retire at the end of March? ^AJS

🏗Last night, the first pieces of stone that were retained from the old wall were installed as part of the creation of new benches. 👷We will also pay tribute to the heritage of the area by adding an outline of the old boathouse to the new promenade, showing where it once stood.
