Despite the terrible wet it with a good turn out for the first of @HeritageFundSCO@StirUni#MiningLandscapes family events at the Barony A Frame #Auchinleck on Wednesday Matt explained how the site re-wilded, plants identified and some stunning art work created.
AOC are delighted to be working with Carsphairn Heritage Initiative this autumn on a new project investigating the ancient sites of Stroanfreggan fort and Smittons Bridge kerbed cairn!

Field trip 2 of the Rock Art Workshop went over to the Stewartry Museum, where we were welcomed by Isla and saw their cast of High Banks, other panels, and ex situ carvings. Great discussions were had! #ScotArchStrat
