This flag and the state it represents, with its constitution, system, and reality is nothing but an insult to every Assyrian. An Assyrian has no connection to a state that treats him as a minority and a lower-class citizen in his homeland. The only thing linking Assyrians to this failed state is a single reality: Assyria remains under Iraq's Kurdo-Islamic occupation.
