3. For all the rhetoric that HTA should reflect societal/citizen values there was very little conference content that reflected how those values are collected and integrated.

Yes, great workshop turnout! The topic of impact is more important than ever. With all the initiatives on harmonisation, the @INAHTA_Network impact framework is a great example of a common tool for agency use to assess their HTA impact.
