It is a ban on *selected* social media for EVERYONE. Until you identify yourself.

Lets ban children in the uk from using social media so they can go outside and be targeted by predators.

The ban on under 16s is not about the children it is about getting information about everyone, adults have to prove who they are, they are taking away anonymity. Nothing to do with protecting children.
