6月11日，人权组织"保护卫士"发布报告，该机构在调查中国黑监狱时，意外发现多家B2B企业在抖音公开宣传"留置"专用防自杀软包设施。
相关视频展示全灰色调审讯兼起居一体化房间，配备软包墙面、防撞桌椅、全天候灯光及隔音装置。视频旁白直言"这种环境下能坚持下去的真不多"，印证了被关押者长期遭受单独监禁、全程监视、剥夺睡眠等精神折磨的证词。留置制度设立于2018年，仅2025年已有逾4.7万人被关押，最长羁押期达14个月。
