Mom & dad were getting old. Dementia. Memory fading.
But my aunt, dad's much younger sister, was the keeper of family history; the stories & the recipes. 💯 health. She'd be around for decades.
She died of a sudden heart attack before dad.
Time with elders is never guaranteed.
