she was pleased Shipley Town Council had been able to support the amazing project through a “Green Grant”. "The creation of the scarves and visual display itself had prompted lots of positive conversations about things that can be done to slow down climate change”.

Over 1000 people visited the ‘Knit for Climate’ public art project this wknd displayed as part of the Saltaire Arts Trail. The project, led by Saltaire Women’s’ Institute in collab with The Little Craft House & Sustainability Sorted, set out to raise awareness of climate change.
