1"26 #TheThirdMan 1946 & the writing, camera, music, edits, acting all leagues better than what's out. The slow unravel of the mystery & who is telling the truth. The delightful, earnest, & charm this ensemble has for every station makes it such a wild ride. Rewatching is a duty.

184"26 #TheFurious Rd3. 113 min cut really keeps moving. Once the kidnap begins, its relentless & director Tanigaki direct the ensemble real well. On this watch i see the shoddy cops/bosses as an homage to the campy villains of old hk joints. Fights never get boring. Brian Le🔥🔥

186"26 #SPL 93 mins & yet the cop stuff is so bland. WJing vs Dyen is still such a sight to witness. So many action choreographers on this but DYen as action director doesnt fully deliver on his Sammo fight tbh, too many close ups for emotional plot things. Choreo is 💯 tho.

#Mobland finally done. Brosnan & Mirren are pretty much looney tunes but the gangster & business stuff is as serious as it gets. This is a wild ensemble together & I'm glad it's renewed for s2, cant wait for it. The action is swift & consequential, cant wait to see more.

#BehindtheSupermarketSmokingwithYou 12 mini epi. I am ready for the full season in July. What a nice find. The animation is clean & love the choices (eg the eyes & chibis). The plot is also well layered & piecemeal oh so very nicely. The cast ensemble voice acting is great. Love.

#SlowHorses s5 what a season. Starts off mundane & slow but after that half point, things get shifted into 5th gear with this. So much is happening, so much pay offs, & Coe coming in clutch. First Desk is insufferable & such an embarrassment. Bring on s6, looks more action packed

The Furious opened at number 9 this weekend. The way my timeline looks you would think it would be number 1! China has good taste though 🙃
Hopefully good word of mouth keeps this alive so we can get more action out of Lionsgate and not just more Michael Jackson biopics.

Wish there was fable 3 but I know Okada Junichi is busy with last samurai standing. Haven't read the manga so dont know how much of the movies adapted or even if they adapted.The director also hasn't done action after 2 tho he did a jdrama in 2023 about sumo, gotta check that out

Oh boy! Just went with a bunch of #ManofTommorrow cast & crew to see #TheFurious. I didn't think Kenji Tanagaki could outdo himself after the spectacular Walled In, but man The Furious really showed him as one of the best action filmmakers working. We all loved it!
