Iran's money. Three sources, all shut:
Oil at home: trapped behind the blockade. Tanks full, production cuts forced.
Oil abroad: 80M barrels left. Dry by early August (Kpler).
Money abroad: sanctioned, frozen, unreachable.
That's a financial choke.

How the pressure on Iran actually works:
Two halves running at once.
Cut the income, hit what they can't afford to fix. Brent $91, break-even $122, exports down 70%.
Either alone is a bluff. Both together is the mechanism.

Watching the back-and-forth, the pattern is simple. Iran wants MONEY.
The world wants three things: Proxies out of other countries, no Nukes, no Hormuz threats.
No exchange, not a single cent. Iran is bleeding. The world is not. The world can wait. Iran can't.
