Stop applying to jobs on LinkedIn. It converts worse than Google, Glassdoor, Wellfound, and Indeed. Everyone piles into the same listings and wonders why they hear nothing. Most resumes sent on LinkedIn are not being seen.

I pulled every anonymized AE resume in Huntr that landed an interview, then filtered to mid-career. Interviews at Salesforce, Gartner, Datadog, Stripe, Toast. One pattern showed up on all resumes interviewed.

Most AE resumes I see bury the win. The ones that got interviews put the number up front: 132% of quota, $1.9M new ARR, 300 deals closed. Lead with proof. Make the recruiter stop and read.

Pulled 19 anonymized early-career PM resumes that landed interviews at MAG-7, OpenAI, or Anthropic. What they shared: 84% wrote a summary only 42% listed projects ~1.3 pages intern, APM, PM, with at least one launch to point to Free composite attached.
