Finally we can share the wonderful news that the brilliant @MindCharity Physical Activity team have a key role to play in supporting @Sport_England#UnitingtheMovement over the next 5 years. We've been fearless in the last seven years but still so much more to do! #SportMinds 💪
We're excited @Sport_England have chosen us as a partner in #UnitingTheMovement. We've got big goals. We want:
🏊♀️More of us with mental health problems to be able to access physical activity.
🧘♂️To use physical activity as a way to support our mental health.
🏃♀️& loads more!
1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem each year. But many of us don’t know where to reach out for support. Or how to share what we’re going through.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, let your friends and family know – if this speaks to you, #SpeakToMind#MHAW

A big shout out to everyone who has been involved in & helped us to create our Mental Health in Elite Sport report.
Since 2014 we’ve seen attitudes towards mental health in elite sport change. More is needed to be done but great to reflect on what has been achieved!
#SportMinds
Being a sports professional can be full of pressures. Mental health support should be available for athletes. Our 2014 report helped sports to change attitudes. Today we can see all the great work being done - and what's left to do. Quote from Olympic champ 🥇 @adam_peaty (1/2)
