Food glorious food! For food waste that we collect from customers, it is recycled using Anaerobic Digestion which is the process in which bacteria breaks down organic matter in the absence of oxygen to produce a biogas. โ™ป Helping the environment, one cheesecake at a time ๐Ÿฆธ
