Saphex has decided to stop selling single units for Domestic brazed Plate Heat Exchangers. We have x8 spx12-30-3/4 left in stock. Once these have gone the stock wont be replaced. Orders onwards for Domestic BPHE,s would have to be x10 or more and would be 6weeks deliveries.

SIZING PHE's CORRECTLY FOR DOMESTIC USE. When adding a PHE to a domestic system. You need to think about your temperature's on your secondary side. Know your Rad temps and losses. Its not just about the KW. The one on the right is 5x more expensive. Both 40kW.

Back from bank holiday and this shell & tube has passed its final test. Third Party witnessed by Zurich as requested by the client. This heat exchanger has undergone a full Re-Tube.

Couple of leaks on this Aluminium plate and bar oil cooler. This unit will be re-cored utilising the old tanks to save the customer further cost. We hold plenty of stock on the aluminium plate and bar cores to save the customers downtime on their machinery.

All stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger. The most popular are generally copper brazed utilizing stainless materials, This is often the most cost effect way to manufacture. However it does not suit all applications hence the additional stainless brazing option we provide.

Tube plates being machined for a shell & tube we are manufacturing. Tube plate is currently being interpolated for a quality finish. Allowing a good expansion joint when the tubes are expanded. Little details make quality.
