Shocking news from @TheBHF people are dying more than twice as quickly before the age of 75 from heart disease in the poorest parts of England. Without urgent action, the heart health gap between the richest and poorest will continue to grow... bhf.org.uk/what-we-do/news-f… #HeartsNeedMore

It’s Monday! Think of all we can change in our organisations & systems without waiting for “guidance” - seek out the rebel alliance - give our teams permission to innovate - say you have their back - listen to communities; what do they think? - stop doing things that don’t work

Yes 🙌 a radical redesign of the NHS, a new social contract with citizens is definitely needed but what stops us doing it now? Are we waiting for guidance from NHSE? Therein lies the problem. Let’s look outwards to communities not upward for rules. ICSs could do this on Monday!
