Well, the twitter leftists sure aren't gonna like this... I am a little surprised by these results myself, since I stopped calling myself Progressive or a Leftist a long ass time ago, but hey 😂😂😂

President Camacho would love this shit. This is so far beneath what I expect.
This is seriously the cringiest collapse of a nation in real time.

As this continues to happen nationwide, due to the Trump administration targeting high profile hospitals in their campaign of legal threats against transgender healthcare for youth patients, trans people need to understand that the government is doing this, not the hospitals.
The Cleveland Clinic has agreed to end youth transgender care and has committed millions of dollars for detransition care.

Hospitals WILL bend to these demands, because if they don't, the US federal government will strip them of federal funding AND come after them & their providers, through civil & criminal courts. This would be a complete & total disaster. It would crush hospitals nationwide.

It's an absolutely insane position the government is putting hospitals in, essentially saying "stop trans youth care or we'll make sure you can't take care of anyone". The federal government is essentially holding the healthcare system hostage. It's utterly insane.

These guys live in a pretty weird reality. Being trans does NOT work like that. I identified more strongly with girls & "girly stuff" WAY before I knew the word "Transgender". Nobody forced it on me. Learning the word just made everything else make sense to me.
Replying to @smagenil
You didn't start, you were groomed into starting. It wasn't your decision and soon you will detransition. Death over transition

From Middle School on, I was in programs like Civil Air Patrol, Police Explorers, and even Marine Corps JROTC, IN PART trying to be more masculine, until I joined the actual Army, again, hoping it would "fix" me & make me a "normal guy".s

Spoiler alert: It doesn't fucking work that way. I got out of the Army in my mid 20s and I was more desperate than I'd ever been, to transition. I'm happier than I ever was before that, now that I got help, and started to let myself be me instead of fighting it or hating myself.

The funniest thing about moving to the edge of the midwest is that now I have to get used to "tornado watch" notifications just being normal, where on the east coast it was always like "oh shit" 😂

These are the people who the State of California believes should be the only ones with access to standard capacity firearm magazines & semiautomatic rifles. I hope both involved officers get fucking fired, and I don't normally say that about cops 😂
Pasadena Officer Shot by Fellow Officer During "Horseplay," Chief Says PASADENA, Calif. — The Pasadena Police Department has released a Critical Incident Video concerning an officer-involved shooting that occurred on September 7, 2025, inside the department's parking structure at 240 Ramona Street in Pasadena. The incident resulted in injuries to one Pasadena police officer, who has since recovered. Pasadena Police Chief Gene Harris said the incident involved "unsafe, out-of-policy horseplay involving loaded firearms" between department personnel. Chief Harris stated that one officer was wounded as a result of the shooting and emphasized that the conduct depicted in the video did not reflect the department's standards or expectations. The injured officer was transported for medical treatment and has since recovered from the injuries sustained during the incident. Pasadena police have not publicly identified the officers involved, and no members of the public were injured. The case remains under investigation and review by the Pasadena Police Department and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. As an outsider looking in & not closely following the Karmelo Anthony case, I don't really get what people are pissed off about? He brought a knife to a highschool track meet, stabbed someone, and got sentenced for murder. That's how it looks to me, so I don't get the outrage.

Platner refers to himself as a "WW2 History buff", there's zero possibility he didn't know the significance of the Totenkopf when he got it tattooed on his body, or all the years he chose to keep it. I've known what it was since I was in elementary school. It's not "obscure".
If you're unironically calling Graham Platner a Nazi, you're not a serious person. He's a doofus who got drunk with his military unit overseas, they all got a tattoo, he later learned it was an obscure Nazi symbol and he stupidly kept it anyway because he thought it looked cool.

It was the main emblem of the SS, nearly a million (800-900k) German SS troops wore it on their uniform caps. The SS Totenkopfverbände even wore it on their collars. I know that, and I'm nobody, just a nerd on the Internet.

It's true that the symbol was created by the Prussian Empire, but examples from then look significantly different from the Nazi version, which is what Platner has on his body. This apologia is weak as hell & relies on the reader being ignorant. L - German Empire R - SS

I hate to be the one to do this, but based on available footage, Kelver was in the wrong in this case. A group of men was outside her place of work talking shit about her/her workplace.

I'm not an expert, but I do carry & know about the laws & legal precedents related to armed self defense. This isn't a situation I'd ever wanna put myself in. If you're gonna carry, don't let yourself get baited into doing stupid shit by assholes. It's not worth it.

In the eyes of the law, you need two things for self defense: 1. A subjective belief that you were in danger. 2. An objective standard (would a reasonable person have done something similar?) You also need to prove imminence & proportionality & you can't be the aggressor.
