Day 5/200 — The Journey Continues Day 5 of my challenge to land a high-value client as a Web & App Developer. Today's focus is simple: Get the project live. The real estate platform is still under development, especially on the backend side, but I'm pushing to have a live version available before tonight. Why? Because I've realized something: A live product opens more doors than a thousand explanations. Once it's live, I'll start reaching out to real estate business owners and show them what's possible for their business instead of just telling them. The plan: šŸ” Launch the demo šŸ“© Start outreach šŸ¤ Get feedback šŸ“ˆ Improve and repeat No excuses. No waiting for perfection. Just consistent action every day. Day 5 āœ…
Day 4/200 The Journey Continues Day 4 of my challenge to land a high-value client as a Web & Mobile Developer. Today, I'm focusing on something practical: šŸ” Building a modern real estate website. The plan is simple: Finish the website Deploy it live Start reaching out to real estate business owners Show them the solution instead of just talking about it Because I've learned something: People respond better to what they can see than what they can imagine. At the same time, I'll be starting another demo project for šŸš— car dealerships. The goal is to build industry-specific solutions that demonstrate value before I even send a message. This journey won't be easy. Some messages will be ignored. Some demos won't get responses. Some days will feel slow. But consistency beats excuses. One day at a time. One outreach at a time. One opportunity at a time. Day 4 āœ…

Happy Sunday One thing every serious Web & App Developer should consider: Get a Google Play Console account. Why? Because building an app is one thing. Publishing it to real users is another. Your Play Console account gives you the ability to: šŸ“± Launch apps šŸ“Š Track performance ⭐ Manage reviews šŸš€ Reach millions of Android users Build. Ship. Repeat. I'm Unique Yahya, a Full-Stack Web & App Developer. Need a website or mobile app for your business? Let's connect šŸ¤

Y3Data Progress Update We're getting closer to launch. The website is live, the mobile app is built, and we've completed all the required setup for Google Play Store submission. Right now, we're fixing final bugs and preparing the app for review. Next step: šŸ“± Submit to Google for inspection and approval. Once approved, Y3Data will be live on the Play Store. Y3Data offers: šŸ“¶ Data Purchase šŸ“ž Airtime Purchase šŸŽ“ Exam Pins šŸ’ø Airtime to Cash Also, if you're looking for a developer to build and deploy a mobile app for your business, my DMs are open. šŸ¤
Progress update on Y3Data šŸš€ While working on both the website and mobile app, I've successfully implemented the automated payment gateway on both platforms āœ… Current focus: šŸ”„ Fetching data, airtime, and other services from the VTU API One step closer to launch. Building a platform where users can: šŸ“¶ Buy Data šŸ“ž Buy Airtime šŸŽ“ Purchase Exam Pins šŸ’ø Convert Airtime to Cash We keep building. šŸš€

šŸš€ Day 3/200 Reducing Friction One thing I've realized: If I spend weeks building a demo website from scratch before reaching out to businesses, I'll waste valuable time. My goal right now isn't to code more. My goal is to get in front of more potential clients. So I'm creating industry-specific demo projects that I can quickly customize and show to business owners. For example: šŸ¢ Real Estate Website šŸš— Car Dealership Website ā˜€ļø Solar Company Website Instead of saying: "I can build this for you." I can now say: "I already built something similar. Here's a live demo." That changes the conversation. People don't buy promises. They buy evidence. My focus for the next few weeks: āœ… Building a portfolio of industry-specific demos āœ… Hosting them online āœ… Reaching out to business owners daily āœ… Tracking responses and improving my pitch The goal isn't to convince everyone. The goal is to find the right people who already see the value.

Currently building Nexa Homes šŸ” A modern real estate platform designed to help agents and property companies: • Showcase properties professionally • Generate quality leads • Build trust with buyers • Manage listings efficiently • Grow their business online The goal isn't just a beautiful website. It's a platform that helps real estate businesses attract more clients and close more deals. This one is coming out incredibly clean, and I can't wait to launch it. If you're a real estate agent, broker, or property company owner, would a website like this help your business? Let's talk. šŸ¤

Sometimes you get so busy building for others that you forget what you're building for yourself. I've been deep in client work lately with little time to rest. Today, I remembered Y3Data — my own VTU platform. The website is ready, the mobile app is close, and I've already completed most of the Google Play review requirements. So I made a decision: For the next 15 hours, Y3Data gets my full attention. Goal: Finish the app before touching any other project. šŸŽÆ Soon you'll be able to: šŸ“¶ Buy Data šŸ“ž Buy Airtime šŸŽ“ Purchase Exam Pins šŸ’ø Airtime to Cash Conversion We build. We ship. šŸš€

Day 2/200 — Finding High-Value Clients Day 2 of my challenge to land a high-value client as a Web & Mobile Developer šŸš€ Today's question: Who can actually afford premium websites and apps? Many developers focus on finding clients. I'm focusing on finding the right clients. Businesses with real budgets. Businesses already making money. Businesses that see technology as an investment, not an expense. #StDev

Dev Command You Should Try Today Most developers only use: Bash (npm install) (npm run dev) (npm run build) But these hidden gems can save hours of debugging šŸ‘‡ 1ļøāƒ£ See all available scripts Bash (npm run) Shows every command your project can execute. 2ļøāƒ£ Find out WHY a package exists Bash (npm explain react) Useful when cleaning dependencies. 3ļøāƒ£ Check which packages are outdated Bash (npm outdated) You'll be surprised how many projects are running old versions. 4ļøāƒ£ Check your npm environment health Bash (npm doctor) Great when npm starts acting weird. 5ļøāƒ£ Find security issues Bash (npm audit) And fix some automatically: Bash (npm audit fix) 6ļøāƒ£ Display your project's dependency tree Bash (npm list --depth=0) Perfect for understanding a codebase quickly. 7ļøāƒ£ See package information without opening a browser Bash (npm view express) Version, dependencies, maintainers, and more. 8ļøāƒ£ Show scripts directly from package.json Bash (npm pkg get scripts A surprisingly underra)ted command. šŸ’” If you learned something new, open your terminal and try at least one of these commands.
