Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine two years ago.

This was the last Joint Ministerial Council under the Cotonou Agreement, paving the way for a new institutional #SamoaAgreement set-up.
We also discussed building a common vision for #COP28. 🇪🇺, African, Caribbean and Pacific states represent more than half of the seats in 🇺🇳.
