On 12 June 2026, @SaveGenOrg support by @KvinnaKvinnaINT, held the Close-Out & Celebration Event for the Dufatanye Program (2021–2025) in Kamonyi District.
The event showcased the achievements of the project “Empowerment of Adolescents and Young Girls in Schools on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights” and reaffirmed stakeholders’ commitment to sustaining and scaling these interventions beyond the project period.
Together with project right holders and community SRHR champions, schools, partners and communities, we celebrated achievements, strengthened partnerships, and reaffirmed our commitment to empowering adolescents and young girls while promoting an inclusive and equitable society.

Today, @SaveGenOrg conducted meeting with stakeholders from @Kamonyi and @Gasabo_District to review progress of our SRHR project, with participants affirming its strong impact in empowering adolescents with accurate information and driving positive change.
This meeting further underscores the project’s impact, effectiveness and sustainability, providing key evidence to guide decision-makers and strengthen advocacy for improved SRHR information and services for adolescents and youth.
During these 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, @SaveGenOrg has continued engaging communities where we operate to raise awareness on GBV prevention, promote positive masculinity, and strengthen positive social norms.
We also empowered adolescents to speak up, seek support, and understand their rights. Together with local leaders, parents, and duty bearers, we reaffirm our commitment to building safe, inclusive, and violence-free families and communities.
