We made a FREE tool for indie devs! Because we believe indie games are more important than ever. savepointstrategies.tools We’ve seen incredibly talented people get laid off from huge studios and start building something of their own. We’ve seen developers pour years of their lives into games that are weird, beautiful, emotional, niche, experimental, and exactly the kind of work that keeps this industry interesting. But when it comes time to launch, the support around them is still so uneven. A lot of the tools and data that help teams make smarter marketing decisions are either expensive, inaccessible, or locked inside AAA studios and larger publishers. And that part has never sat right with us. Because indies are expected to compete in the same crowded market as everyone else, but without the same budgets, teams, data, or infrastructure. This has been shaped through Save Point Strategies with feedback from developers, marketers, and launch folks who know how hard it is to bring a game to market. We’ve been quietly sharing it with folks as it takes shape, and their feedback has helped turn it into something we genuinely think can be useful. The goal is simple: help indie developers get clearer data around their launch, understand what is and isn’t working, and make more informed decisions without needing a massive marketing budget behind them. We don’t think indie devs should have to guess their way through launch. We think they deserve better tools. Better visibility and support. Because indie games aren’t the backup plan for this industry.
