#SaveSnuggles For nearly 8 months, Snuggles has sat in a shelter away from his military veteran family, his mom, his dad, and the two little boys who love him. If you've been following this case and wondering how to help, this is it. Please take two minutes to make one phone call or send one email. Every call matters. Every email matters. 🚨AFTER NEARLY 8 MONTHS IN A SHELTER KENNEL, QUESTIONS ARE GROWING ABOUT SNUGGLES' QUALITY OF LIFE AND THE COST TO TAXPAYERS TUCSON, AZ — Snuggles, a 2-year-old livestock guardian dog belonging to a military veteran and his family, has spent nearly eight months at Pima Animal Care Center following a first-time bite incident that occurred on his family's property. His family has reportedly been charged more than $15,000 in boarding fees while fighting the case through the court system. The children's grandmother, who was the bite victim, has publicly asked that Snuggles be returned home. As the case continues, new questions are emerging. What is Snuggles' quality of life after nearly eight months in a shelter kennel? What enrichment, exercise, socialization, and human interaction is he receiving? Why is his family unable to receive updates about his condition? As Tucson and Pima County face budget challenges and reports of staffing reductions, many residents are asking whether it makes financial sense to continue spending substantial public resources fighting this case instead of pursuing a resolution. How much taxpayer money has already been spent on legal proceedings, administrative resources, court time, and personnel hours in a case where the owner, family, and even the bite victim are all seeking alternatives to euthanasia? At a time when public resources are stretched thin, should hundreds of thousands of dollars be spent fighting over an accident, or should the focus be on finding a reasonable resolution? Members of the public who would like answers are encouraged to respectfully contact Pima Animal Care Center and Pima County leadership. ‼️ Steve Kozachik, Director of PACC 📞 (520) 724-5900 📧 steve.kozachik@pima.gov ‼️ Chad Kasmar, Deputy County Administrator 📞 (520) 724-7733 📧 chad.kasmar@pima.gov The #SaveSnuggles story was one of the top trending news stories on X for four consecutive days and continues to attract national attention. We want to explain something important about $SNUGGLES for those just discovering our page. 🐾❤️ The purpose of this project has always been to help @JenniferEvn22 fight for Snuggles’ life and help cover the overwhelming legal fees, boarding costs, and loans taken on during this heartbreaking case. The way crypto helps is through something called creator rewards. Every time the token is traded, a portion of the trading activity generates rewards that go directly to Jennifer. Our team launched this project from around a 6k market cap, pushed close to 80k at one point, and now we’re back near where we started with low volume. We are NOT giving financial advice, but if you believe in this mission and are comfortable with crypto, you can consider looking into trading $SNUGGLES on Solana and helping generate volume for the cause. If crypto isn’t your thing, that is completely okay too. You can still help by:
🐾 Donating directly to Jennifer
🐾 Signing the petition
🐾 Calling/emailing the contacts listed
🐾 Sharing Snuggles’ story At the very least, please take a few minutes to look through our page and Jennifer’s page. Check out our website on the Save Snuggles token where all contact info is located as well This is bigger than a chart.

You can help #savesnuggles by donating for Jennifer to be able to hire an appeals attorney (time is short) or calling Pima Animal Care Center to ask for an agreement to release him. Most of all, please pray.
Our family is currently trying to raise money to hire an appellate attorney. Please share and donate if you can. We have exhausted over 15k in funds trying to save him. Thank you ahead of time from the bottom of our hearts. gofund.me/d5dc43351

One fearful moment shouldn’t become a death sentence. 💔🐾 This is Snuggles. A family dog. A protector. A best friend to two little boys. After a first-time fear-based incident on his own property, Snuggles was taken from his family and has now spent nearly 8 months in a shelter while his family fights to save his life. Even the bite victim supports bringing him home. Behaviorists say he deserves a second chance. His family refuses to give up on him. $SNUGGLES is more than a meme. It’s a community coming together to help a real family fighting for their dog. #SaveSnuggles

#SaveSnuggles Update I'll be spending much of today working behind the scenes to bring media attention to Snuggles' story. One thing I want supporters to understand is that a lot of advocacy work doesn't happen on social media. While posts and shares are VERY IMPORTANT, there are also phone calls, emails, media outreach, interviews, press materials, conversations with reporters, and other efforts happening behind the scenes that most people never see. For those who are just learning about Snuggles: Snuggles is a 2-year-old livestock guardian dog belonging to a military veteran and his family in Tucson, Arizona. He lives with his mom, dad, and two young boys who love him dearly. Following a first-time bite incident on his own property, Snuggles was taken from his family and has now spent nearly 8 months in a shelter. His family has been charged more than $15,000 in boarding fees while fighting to save him. The bite victim was the children's grandmother, and she is actively supporting Snuggles and asking that he be returned home. Despite all of this, Snuggles is facing a court ordered euthanasia. Today I'm asking everyone following this page to do just ONE thing. Please make one phone call or send one email to Steve Kozachik, Director of Pima Animal Care Center. Be respectful. Be professional. Let him know people across the country are paying attention to Snuggles' case and asking for compassion, transparency, and alternatives to euthanasia. 📞 (520) 724-5900
📧 steve.kozachik@pima.gov If hundreds of people take two minutes out of their day, it can make a difference. The video attached to this post is especially difficult to watch. You'll see Snuggles' two boys singing a song for their "Sergeant Snuggles." While many people see a court case, these boys see their best friend. Thank you to everyone who is standing with this family and helping us fight to bring Snuggles home. #SaveSnuggles
