Still find it amazing the terrible quality of some of the house pictures agents will put online. Sellers need to be prepared to say they are not good enough ! Good pictures make a huge difference when selling !
Are any agents starting to plan for life in the meta verse. My view is that the first agents to get to grips with Web 3.0, blockchain and crypto in this space will clean up.
