Hey Ketcham Nation! If you ordered a 2019-2020 yearbook, pickup is tomorrow (Sat. 8/15) from 8am to 2pm. Side entrance to cafeteria. Masks are required. Social distancing and only 3 people inside at a time. You can only pickup your own book. @KetchamNation

Day 1️⃣ of our four week virtual pull-up workout starts TODAY. These workouts are about ten mins long. All you need is a pull bar at home to get started. So far 7️⃣ wrestlers have committed to getting stronger. DM me if you are interested in the program.
