Busy time for #inboundtourism and @EnglishHeritage takes 2 weeks to reply to emails ....๐We work hard to try folks to @VisitBritain amd this is what we have to put up with..........#justnotgoodenough

Why are UK #hotels incapable of offering early breakfast for touring groups? โThe chef starts at 7 amโ is not a valid excuse๐ก so much about #serviceindustry and #hospitality @VisitBritain @UKinbound

Just read that @SadiqKhan is planning a #CarFreeDay day for #london 22/9. I welcome suggestions how we are going to conduct #sightseeing and airport transfers for our foreign visitors that day? A little more notice would have been good .....๐ก@UKinbound @visitlondon @VisitBritain
