Absolutely. Chatbots promise "convenience," but only for the company - not for the user. There is no way to replace a real human conversation.
A rant about chatbots, apps instead of a company phone number, What's App or email address. Wasting hours of my life to resolve an issue that could have been sorted on the phone in under 2 minutes. Anyone else love companies that allow you to speak to a human that knows their stuff? Talking to you @mweb. Do better. Continues waiting .....

Emphasis on reporting on sustainable travel initiatives and products, encouraging alternative forms of travel (train etc), educating people on voluntary carbon offsets, and only joining famils that have at least a conservation angle

My target audience are young people who think travel isn’t accessible to them.
If you think travel is too expensive, but the only form of holiday you want is the luxury kind and you reject budget options, then I dunno what I can do for you.
