My favorite part, at the moment, about customer interviews is capturing their voices, language and personalities using #sketchnotes. Though, I’ll be honest, I could use some help structuring the interviews to uncover the most useful information. #servicedesign #designthinking

Scheduling your team at 100% capacity is a great way to ensure that nothing will be delivered on time.
Iterating my #leancanvas today on my lunch break. This weekend, I was fretting - ‘cause I decided to grow an audience without a finding product that brings value to people. Today I found some solace in #runninglean. There’s so much value in building an audience to test fit with!
