Science enthusiast, speaker and maker. Spotted playing science on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Live With Kelly & Ryan, and Nickelodeon's Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, & Dawn
Available today from @quirkbooks in paperback -- the first two books in the "Nick and Tesla" middle-grade series by @MrHockensmith and me! Mystery-solving kids, a mad (or at least really goofy) scientist, and gadgets readers can build themselves! Link: a.co/d/3ITLQkZ
Back in Hollywood for more science fun on @jimmykimmellive. I’ve got a demo that happens so fast, we need a high speed camera! Hope you can tune in. @ Backstage At Jimmy Kimmel instagram.com/p/CoLIcA5PLoH/…
Thinking about the new year and sending positive vibes to @thephysicsgirl. You’re amazing at what you do, and I hope your long COVID turns to short soon!
Mark Rober's videos are wacky, fun, jam-packed with science and wildly popular with 22 million Youtube subscribers. We visited Crunch Labs, a massive, Willy Wonka-style facility filled with experiments and where @MarkRober's creations come to life.
It’s our BIRTHDAY! 🎂
We’re celebrating with some BIG NEWS! Together with our partners at @OurOcean and @TheOceanCleanup we’ve already removed over 11 MILLION pounds of trash and counting! 👏 We couldn’t have made such a #globalimpact without all of YOU!
Hey guess what? My children’s science adventure series is on sale this month. $1.99 for Kindle - sweet! Let’s inspire kids to invent!

Find out why this will be my first and likely LAST time hosting @JimmyKimmelLive tonight at 11:35|10:35c on #ABC!
Massive props to my friends @ddlovato@sciencebob. Apologies to @mrbeast we ran out of time.
FYI for other nerdy parents with nerdy kids. We just finished the first book in the Nick and Tesla series and highly recommend it! Whole family is excited to read the rest of the series.
Talk about an overachiever!
Gaze at this test image — an unexpected & deep view of the universe — captured by Webb’s Fine Guidance Sensor (FGS) in May. Built by @csa_asc to point Webb precisely at targets, taking glamour shots isn’t even FGS’s main job: blogs.nasa.gov/webb/2022/07/…
ALT Bright stars (each with 6 spikes of light radiating from them) dominate the foreground, while the background is littered with galaxies. The image is reddish in tone, selected to optimize visual contrast. Mission managers have also been using this during Webb's commissioning to differentiate engineering images from the science images still to come.
I haven’t been down the pneumatic elevator yet, but yeah, @crunchlabs is actually cooler than it looks. Much inspiration will emerge from there. youtu.be/h8g9wfI9nGI
My friend @ScienceBob was on @jimmykimmel last night with this epic #NERF super suit that he made with his brother Science Todd, and it’s as fantastic in person as it appears on TV!
