This shot was taken in Whiteness Voe on the Shetland Islands, Scotland. It is a solar-powered sea slug (Elysia viridis). I encountered it on a shallow dive and was amazed to see it fully unfurled, revealing its leaf-like form and the stunning galaxy-like pattern on its back.
