đŁď¸âItâs great that thereâs a bigger emphasis on younger camogie players seeing inter-county players. As a child we would have seen lots of the menâs games and there wouldnât have been as much visibility for the women.
I think itâs important as a primary school teacher to encourage younger girls that maybe some day they can play in Croke Park, itâs not something that I would have seen growing up because not many Clare players were going on to play there.
Visibility is a huge thing and helps to encourage younger players to get out and be practicing all the time.â
