At Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Komorowski imposed a community payback order on Stephen Wills Moss.
He was ordered to be subject to supervision and electronic monitoring, as well as to complete 50 hours of unpaid work.

The Lord Justice General has appointed Sheriff Frances McCartney as the new sheriff member of the Scottish Sentencing Council. Sheriff McCartney has served in Dumbarton Sheriff Court since 2018, presiding over solemn and civil courts. tinyurl.com/3rcsc36m
