What a weekend - the Rois-bheinn Horseshoe with my friend @Fionaoutdoors and Storm the collie. Three of the most stunning #Corbetts in #Scotland. Check out that for an infinity pool! #OutAndAboutScotland

Yesterday at 5am we stood on top of the first of 12 Munros that day. What a treat to have such an incredible sunrise. We would finish our round 16 hours later, having walked36 miles and ascended 16,500 feet. Days don’t come much better, or bigger.

Very pleased to say we completed our 12-Munro Mullardoch Challenge for @LomondMRT yesterday. I'm away for a bit of cake and a cuppa tea now... Thanks to all who have helped raise more than £800 so far 👍uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fun…

Looks like this Friday when @theiaincameron, @Tae_the_north and I attempt the Mullardoch Round of 12 #Munros, 57km and 5000m ascent... Thanks all for helping us reach our fundraising target for @LomondMRT. And of course, there's still time to donate... uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fun…

Amazing! 50% of our target reached already! Thanks everyone :)
First decent weather window in mid-July when lockdown regulations allow, @theiaincameron, @Tae_the_north and I will attempt the Mullardoch Round - all 12 #Munros - in a day. We also hope to raise a bit of cash for @LomondMRT. Thanks - and wish us luck! uk.virginmoneygiving.com/Mul…
The Scotch Burnet moth is only known from a few sites in the Eastern Cairngorms including one hill @MarLodgeNTS where these photos were taken last week. Please let us know if you ever spot this species while walking on the estate. @N_T_S @CNPnature @savebutterflies @ukmoths

The National Park's car parks and some toilets will open up from tomorrow morning as @scotgov's 5-mile travel limit is relaxed. However it won't be 'business as usual' and we're asking visitors to #RespectYourPark and be patient. Please check our website for info and advice:

This was our route. The hardest bit, funnily enough, was the first pull onto Binnean Beag, which was brutal. The other hard bit was the climb onto Stob Ban after doing about 17 miles and 8,000 feet of climbing. What a route, though. Highly recommended for the very fit.

Four years ago today @ScotsMagEd and I did a round of all 10 Mamores on a stunning summer's day. It was a 23 mile round, with 9,500 feet of climbing. One of the classic 'big days' on Scotland's hills.

Well, that is lovely... An email from talented photographer @colinprior to say: "Just a quick mail to say, I thought your piece in The Scots Magazine was excellent – a great retrospective piece with depth, so thank you for that." Read the latest @ScotsMagazine with @ScotsMagEd
