All of the effort I've been putting in to get myself in better condition, and today my legs decided they weren't having any of it. I barely made it up the stairs of my building. And the thought of what could happen tomorrow is pretty disturbing.

If you've not been to the Brewers' ballpark, a trip may be worth your while. One game I attended there started with the roof in place. Later, it was retracted as play continued to expose everyone to the sunshine.
The park is a winner in all facets. And be sure to eat a brat.

I just spoke on the phone with a 71-year-old basketball coach who had to cut our conversation short so he could get to his yoga class. Damn right, I'm going for a walk.
