Back to basics, cooking wonderful fodder over Hazel at the waters edge. Not exactly slumming it with steak and 'sparra grass' mind you (I'd be just as happy with tinned hot dogs 😁) tasted amazing all the same.Good food, weather, fresh air & company. Cheers. #SRP

Great job , Scott's you tube channel is excellent , ive made my own sausage for 20 yrs , I've done my own carcass break down using Scott's instruction fir several yrs now on both lamb and pork, very satisfying . My boys love the sausage making especially the mix and stuff part
