I always welcome & champion meaningful initiatives which support staff & meet people where they’re at. It’s a non-negotiable for me that everyone is given the time, space & capacity to care for themselves so we provide safer, compassionate & better care for all.

For 2 years I have supported MH apprenticeship student nurses. Ive seen up close moral injury and work based trauma. Don’t tell my students they need more resilience whilst ignoring systemic issues beyond their control onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/…
