If only the whole weekend’s weather had been like this?!
Enjoyable, rewarding & tiring weekend with 12 cubs from our pack at the brilliant Scout Centre at Lochgoilhead.
Absolutely fantastic staff too.
Cubs loved it, my boy is totally knackered!

So boy no.2 made a new ‘do not disturb’ sign for the wee playroom / office / pile of sh1te room. Though his sign says ‘please go away we are working.’ 😂 This is me in the pic & I’m sure he just called me a d1ck! He’s 6…..

Fajita burgers!
New invention or not?! 🤔
Cooked off 🧅 🧄 🫑 🍄 & added smoked paprika.
Mixed in with lean beef into burgers & baked in the oven for about 20 mins.
My boys then made up the rolls & extra bits & pieces themselves & scoffed the lot!

As my (much) better half, works this Hogmanay & I try & get our 2 very tired wee cheeky monkeys down to sleep, I felt it was only right to treat myself to a wee 🍺 & 🎥🍿.
Here’s to a safer, happier, healthier & more normal 2022 for us all.

Parenting snack issues…
I had a school night ‘empty’ last night as my wife & 2 wee boys were away for the night. They took the car, so the only (social distanced) snacks I could offer were Banana popcorn, trail mix (I had made for trg) & pomme bears!
Got some funny looks! 😂😳🤦♂️

Amazingly managed to avoid the score until I got a chance to sit down & watch it after boys asleep. Quiet, 2 cold drinks & ‘Dad’s Dinner’, left over turkey burgers made for the boys. What a result for @lionsofficial against @sarugby Be wary of a wounded Bok next wk tho’. Oooft!
