Wow what an exciting day, the first paper on Belief Coding®️ has been published and I am poised and itching to read it!
I couldn’t be more proud to be the first Physio in the world to be trained in this fascinating new technique. #neuroscience
A delightful clunk on the doormat at lunchtime and the beautiful new book written by Dr Linnea Passaler arrived. Deep joy. I read it on pre-release and can’t wait to re-read it in copy. An absolute cracker of a book.
I am excited to announce that I have accepted the role of Clinical Lead for The Manx Road-Racing Medical Services TT Therapy Team working alongside Team Lead @FellsidePhysio. I am so grateful to everyone who has supported me over the last year to enable my return to racing work.

Wow the TT stats are in for the Manx Roadracing Medical Services TT Therapy Team-
🏍️900 hours worked
🏍️90 individuals seen
🏍️637 individual treatments by a team of 8 over the racing fortnight. 🏁Huge thanks to MRMS & The Rob Vine Fund for all the support & funding the clinic kit
It was such a joy and blessing having our therapy dog Nell back in the TT paddock again this year- a veteran of paddock life at 13 she creaked a bit walking to the car at night but loved hanging out on her memory foam mattress as the familiar welcoming party.
#TT2023
A TT that will be looked back in years to come as one of the very best to have ever happened.
Two glorious weeks of sun, 10 incredible races, lap records and the history books written and rewritten again.

That’s a wrap for the 2023 MRMS TT Therapy Team. Thanks to @JWdoublered for this fabulous team photo on the podium. What a privilege to be part of this team supporting racers over the TT fortnight.
0450 alarm again for the last day of TT Racing. Nell has been with me in the paddock for most of her 13 years and is an incredible asset to the team, bringing calmness to team and racers. A moment of calm at 0630 this morning before starting work. 😊
Some serious hours have been done this TT by this incredible lot helping keep racers safer chasing their TT dreams. Incredibly proud of the therapy service on offer at the TT, a long hard journey to get it to this point but so worth it. Emma @FellsidePhysio you deserve a medal.
