As I evolve as a therapist, I have found on an individual basis, that a 30 minute chat with a client can be of more use to them than a 30 minute massage. Changing their perception on what massage does and does not do can be a game changer to that client.

I always encourage my clients to invest more time in sleep and nutrition for recovery rather than stretching and foam rolling. If it makes you feel good, then great, it is of benefit as long as you know you are not lengthening anything. I’ll keep on banging the drum 🥁 🏃🏽‍♂️ 🏃🏼‍♀️
