Potential nightmare scenario for fans of The Social Network: if the sequel is not as good and it tarnishes the first film by association despite it being a perfect movie.

We’re here at the Disclosure Day preview screening in Sydney!

Disclosure Day is Spielberg bringing together 50 years of filmmaking to capture the sheer wonder and fear that comes from the unknown. It's vast, fast-paced, and the veracity and skill of Spielberg’s camerawork is impressive to watch. A magical score and prescient script add to the granduer. The focus here is on the humans which makes it even stronger emotionally. Full review out soon.

Nicolas Cage is SO GOOD as Spider-Noir. For his first TV role, he brings a full-force zaniness, brash attitude, and is having a huge amount of fun with it. A great anchor for this deeply moody yet lighthearted superhero mystery show. Full review below!

SPIDER-NOIR is hugely fun, deeply moody, and visually inventive. Nicolas Cage is a blast as the brash, disturbed Ben Reilly. The noir mystery elements bring fresh life to the genre with excellent plot and pacing. 1930s New York looks stunning! Full review below.

SPIDER-NOIR addresses the multiverse question within the first 5 minutes of the show. Here's the answer: • This is not the same Spider-Man Noir from the Spider-Verse films • The show is set in a seperate universe • Ben Reilly is not aware of the existence of the multiverse

One more thing about the Mandalorian and Grogu, Favreau understands Star Wars needs wacky creatures and cool battles, but he seems to forget that what makes it so special is the charismatic, self-effusive, funny human characters. It’s lacking that, and you can feel it.

THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU glides through hyperspace with strong action, vast world-building and a majestic score. Favreau’s love for Star Wars is there but somewhat restrained by a piecemeal script with underdeveloped characters across a disparate three acts. Full review below.
