End of an era. A massive inspiration for launching @The_Cutback was the work Ali had done with Scrumqueens. The website closes with women's rugby in a completely different media landscape. A huge legacy.

Asia Rugby Council approved the decision of staging Division 2 and Division 3 every second year due to present and previous generated data illustrating: 1- Teams withdrawals 2- Traveling increases costs 3- COVID-19 implications throughout years 2020, 2021 and 2022. 4- Teams prefer to play sub-regionally in gab year before deciding whether or not to join the official continental competitions and most importantly and as explained during the live session that once @asiarugby conducted a competitions survey amongst all 36 member federations, the feedback was crystal clear; all federations want to play 7s and around 13 federations want to play 7s and 15s. In regard to the Asia Rugby Emirates Championship- Division 1 women’s, it didn’t happen this year although planned and budget due to teams withdrawals. For 2025, the aim and target is to be played at all costs.
