This single block of old 2 and 3 storey, mixed-use buildings (Corydon Ave) has the same assessed tax value ($20mil) as this Costco, but it uses 5 times less land (115k sf v. 540k sf) and infrastructure.

The new @NCC_CCN Capital Pathway Plan (Oct 2020) is both inspiring and pragmatic. The ideal network includes 330 kilometres of well connected pathways and feeder links with about 118 kilometres of new pathway segments. I’m excited to ride/roll!
